Refunds for Investigation Work Undertaken

• We will not refund any money if you change your mind after the investigation has started.
• We will not refund any money if the investigation takes longer than initially expected. Investigations can involve factors beyond our control, and timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
• We will not refund any money if you are unhappy with the findings, results, or conclusion of the report. Our job is to uncover accurate, honest information — we cannot control what that information turns out to be.
• We will not refund any money once fieldwork, surveillance, or verification has already been carried out, as resources and time have already been committed to your case.

When a Refund May Be Considered

If you believe there has been an error on our part — such as incomplete work, a service not delivered as agreed, or a genuine issue with how your case was handled — you’re welcome to raise it with us. Each request is reviewed carefully and fairly.

Include your case details and the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Eye Witness management. If a refund is approved, an administration fee may apply, along with the cost of any work already completed.
